Delhi based man ordered the iPhone 11 during the festival time on Amazon India. When the Order arrived, the happiness turned into disaster. The person have its own YouTube Channel named "Raph" and posted his recorded Video of overall incident.



Video Clearly indicating the Order contains used iPhone 11 and having dents overall body. A FIR placed for overall incident and authorities taking the necessary actions to sought this out.


Big Brand such as Amazon should also investigate this and take the necessary actions against such Vendors to ease the customers. Amazon is trusted brand and customer have lot of faith with it. We are sure they bring smile to trustworthy tons of customers.
