HCL Tech has given 10 days Salary as one time bonus to their employees.


Touching the baseline of $10 Billion (nearly 1000 crores) milestone in the year ending December 2020,  HCL Tech has announced the 10 days salary as a one time bonus to their employees.

Statement from HCL
"Achieving this historic milestone in technology, business and engineering services and software -- just twenty years since HCL Technologies' IPO -- is a testament to the passionate efforts and consistent achievements of its employees, many long terms, deep relationships with leading companies across all industries and a leading network of partners and stakeholders," the company said in a statement.


"Our employees are our most valuable asset. Despite an unrelenting pandemic, every member of our HCL family has demonstrated immense commitment and passion, contributing to the growth of the organisation," HCL Tech, said.


Those employee who have successfully completed one year of service with HCL tech are eligible for this one time bonus.
